Nimble CRM Integration

Connect SalesPartner to Nimble to log notes on your contact records automatically. Keep your CRM current after every conversation.

Why Connect Nimble?

If your team manages relationships in Nimble, this keeps your contact records updated without manual work.

When SalesPartner talks to a lead, it logs a note directly on the matching Nimble contact record. Your team sees the full conversation history without leaving Nimble.

Generating an API Token

Nimble uses API tokens for integrations. Here's how to generate one:

  1. Log in to Nimble
  2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner
  3. Select Settings
  4. Go to Network & ImportsAPI Tokens
  5. Click Generate New Token
  6. Give it a name — something like "SalesPartner"
  7. Set the required scopes and click Generate
  8. Copy the token

Important: API access must be enabled for your user by your Nimble account admin. If you don't see the API Tokens option, ask your admin to grant you API access under Settings → Users.

Setting Up the Integration

Once you have your API token:

  1. Open the SalesPartner app
  2. Go to SettingsIntegrations
  3. Find the Nimble section
  4. Toggle the switch to Enable
  5. Paste your API token in the field
  6. Click Test Connection

If the test succeeds, you'll see your Nimble account name. You're connected.

From this point, SalesPartner will log notes on your Nimble contacts automatically.

What Gets Logged

SalesPartner adds a note to the contact's Nimble record when:

  • A lead sends a message
  • SalesPartner replies to a lead
  • An appointment is booked or a reminder is sent
  • A contact's status changes

Each note is timestamped and includes the relevant details.

Note: The contact must already exist in Nimble, matched by email address. If SalesPartner can't find a matching contact, the note won't log. Make sure leads are in Nimble before conversations start.

Troubleshooting

Notes not appearing in Nimble?

  1. Integration enabled? — Go to Settings → Integrations and confirm the toggle is on.
  1. API access enabled for your user? — Ask your Nimble admin to verify API access is turned on for your account under Settings → Users.
  1. Token valid? — Generate a new token in Settings → API Tokens if the current one isn't working.
  1. Contact exists? — SalesPartner matches contacts by email. If the lead's email isn't in Nimble, nothing logs.
