Bitrix24 Integration
Connect SalesPartner to Bitrix24 to log activity on your contact records automatically. Keep your CRM current after every conversation.
Why Connect Bitrix24?
If your team manages leads and contacts in Bitrix24, this keeps your CRM updated without manual work.
When SalesPartner talks to a lead, it posts a timeline comment directly on the matching Bitrix24 contact record. Your team sees the full conversation history without leaving Bitrix24.
What you get:
- No manual entry — Activity appears in Bitrix24 after every interaction
- Full history — Messages, appointments, and status changes all logged
- Team visibility — Everyone sees the latest activity on each contact
- Works on all plans — Including the free Bitrix24 plan
Creating a Webhook
Bitrix24 uses an inbound webhook to receive data from SalesPartner. Here's how to create one:
- Log in to Bitrix24
- In the left sidebar, go to Applications → Developer Resources
- Click the Ready-made scenarios tab
- Under "Other," select Incoming Webhook
- Give it a name — something like "SalesPartner"
- Set the access permissions to include CRM contacts
- Click Save
- Copy the generated webhook URL
The webhook URL looks like: `https://yourportal.bitrix24.com/rest/1/[secret]/`
Paste this full URL into SalesPartner — it contains everything needed to authenticate.
Important: Keep this URL private. Anyone with the URL can post data to your Bitrix24 account. If it's ever exposed, delete the webhook and create a new one.
Setting Up the Integration
Once you have your webhook URL:
- Open the SalesPartner app
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find the Bitrix24 section
- Toggle the switch to Enable
- Paste your webhook URL in the field
- Click Test Connection
If the test succeeds, you'll see your Bitrix24 portal name. You're connected.
From this point, SalesPartner will post timeline comments on your Bitrix24 contacts automatically.
What Gets Logged
SalesPartner posts a timeline comment to the contact's Bitrix24 record when:
- A lead sends a message
- SalesPartner replies to a lead
- An appointment is booked or a reminder is sent
- A contact's status changes
Each comment is timestamped and includes the relevant details.
Note: The contact must already exist in Bitrix24, matched by email address. If SalesPartner can't find a matching contact, nothing logs. Make sure leads are in Bitrix24 before conversations start.
Troubleshooting
Activity not appearing in Bitrix24?
- Integration enabled? — Go to Settings → Integrations and confirm the toggle is on.
- Webhook URL complete? — The URL must include the trailing slash and secret token. Copy it exactly from Bitrix24.
- CRM permissions set? — When creating the webhook, make sure CRM access was included in the permissions. If not, delete the webhook and create a new one with CRM access enabled.
- Contact exists? — SalesPartner matches contacts by email. If the lead's email isn't in Bitrix24, nothing logs.
- Webhook deleted or expired? — Bitrix24 webhooks don't expire, but they can be deleted. Check Applications → Developer Resources → Inbound webhooks to confirm yours still exists.
Still stuck? Contact support with your Bitrix24 portal URL and the time you expected activity. We can check the logs.
