Signing In to SalesPartner

Three ways to access your account — a code sent to your email, a code sent by text, or your email and password.

Ways to Sign In

SalesPartner gives you three ways to access your account. Pick whichever works best for you.

Email code — Enter your email address and we send a 6-digit code. Enter the code to get in. No password needed.

Text code — Enter your phone number and we send a 6-digit code by text. Works only if you have a verified phone number on your account.

Email and password — Enter your email and the password you set when you signed up.

SalesPartner remembers the method you used last time and shows it first on your next visit.

Sign In with an Email Code

This is the fastest way in — no password to remember.

  1. Go to the SalesPartner sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Send code.
  4. Open your email and find the message from SalesPartner — it arrives within a minute.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code on the sign-in page.

The code is good for 10 minutes. If it expires, click Resend to get a new one. You can only request a new code once every 60 seconds.

Sign In with a Text Code

Text codes work the same as email codes — just delivered to your phone instead.

  1. Go to the SalesPartner sign-in page.
  2. Switch to the Text code option.
  3. Enter your phone number.
  4. Click Send code.
  5. Check your messages for the 6-digit code.
  6. Enter the code on the sign-in page.

Text codes require a verified phone number. If you see an error that says "SMS login is only available for accounts with verified phone numbers," switch to email code or email and password to get in, then verify your phone number in settings.

Sign In with Email and Password

Use this method if you prefer a traditional sign-in or if you need to access account settings that require password confirmation.

  1. Go to the SalesPartner sign-in page.
  2. Switch to the Password option.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Click Sign in.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? below the sign-in button to reset it.

Entering Your Code

The code entry screen has six separate boxes — one digit per box.

Tips:

  • Paste the whole code — if you copy the 6-digit code from your email, paste it directly into the first box. It fills in automatically.
  • Cursor moves on its own — as you type each digit, focus jumps to the next box.
  • Use backspace — to go back and correct a digit.

If the timer runs out before you enter the code, click Resend to get a fresh one.

If Your Sign-In Fails

Here's what each error means and how to fix it.

"Invalid email or password. Attempt X of 5." The email or password is wrong. Double-check both and try again. After 5 failed attempts, your account is briefly locked — wait one hour before trying again.

"Invalid code" The code you entered doesn't match. Check that you entered it correctly, with no extra spaces.

"Code expired" The 10-minute window closed. Click Resend to get a new code.

"Too many attempts. Please wait a moment before trying again." You've hit the limit. Wait one hour, then try again.

"Too many verification attempts. Please request a new code." You entered the wrong code too many times. Click Resend to start fresh with a new code.

If none of these resolve the issue, try a different sign-in method. Email and password works independently of any code delivery.
