Resetting Your Password

How to get back into your account when you've forgotten your password. Takes about two minutes.

How It Works

Resetting your password takes three steps:

  1. Enter your email — we send a reset code.
  2. Enter the reset code from your email.
  3. Set a new password.

The whole process takes about two minutes.

Step 1: Request a Reset Code

  1. Go to the SalesPartner sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the sign-in button.
  3. Enter the email address on your account.
  4. Click Send code.

You'll see a confirmation screen that says "Reset Code Sent." Check your email — the code arrives within a minute.

If you don't receive anything within a few minutes, see the section below on what to do.

Step 2: Enter Your Reset Code

Open the email from SalesPartner. It contains a 6-character reset code.

If you clicked a link in the email: The reset page opens with your code already filled in. Skip straight to setting your new password.

If you're entering the code manually:

  1. Go to the password reset page.
  2. Type or paste the 6-character code — one character per box.
  3. The code is not case-sensitive.

Reset codes expire after 10 minutes. If yours has expired, go back to the forgot password page and request a new one.

Step 3: Set a New Password

Once your code is entered:

  1. Type your new password in the New password field. It must be at least 8 characters.
  2. Type the same password in the Confirm password field.
  3. Click Reset password.

When it works, you'll see "Password Reset" with a confirmation message. Click Sign in to go straight to the sign-in page and use your new password.

If the Code Doesn't Arrive

Check these things first:

Spam or junk folder — Email filters sometimes catch password reset emails. Search for "SalesPartner" in all folders.

Wait a moment — Delivery can take up to a minute. Refresh your inbox before requesting another code.

Correct email address — Make sure you entered the email tied to your SalesPartner account. If you're unsure which email you used, try your work email or any address you may have signed up with.

Resend — You can request a new code once every 60 seconds. Go back to the forgot password page and click Send code again.

If the Code Is Expired or Invalid

Reset codes expire after 10 minutes and can only be used once.

"Invalid reset code" — The code was entered incorrectly. Check for typos or extra spaces. The code is not case-sensitive.

Code has expired — Go back to the forgot password page and request a fresh code. Use it within 10 minutes.

"Too many attempts" — You've tried too many incorrect codes. Wait one hour, then request a new code and try again.

If you keep running into problems, try signing in with an email code instead — that method works independently of your password.
