Customer Languages

How SalesPartner talks with each customer in their own language, and how your team reads and replies in yours.

How It Works

When a customer writes in another language, SalesPartner answers in it. Your team does not need to speak it.

For the customer:

  • Every reply goes out in their language
  • Booking confirmations, reminders, and emails do too
  • So does a follow-up sent weeks later

For your team:

  • Each rep reads customer messages in the rep's own language
  • The original message is one tap away
  • A rep types a reply in English, and the customer gets it in their language

Customers and reps who use English see no change.

How the Customer's Language Is Set

SalesPartner reads the customer's messages, spots the language, and saves it on the contact.

You can see the language on the contact record. If it is wrong, or the customer asks to switch, change it there. Your choice stays in place.

Your Own Language

Each team member has their own language. Notifications, summaries, and tasks reach you in it.

Two reps can use two different languages on the same customer. Each one reads the thread in their own.

Language Warning

When a customer speaks a language the assigned rep does not, the rep gets a warning.

The conversation still works. The rep reads and writes in their own language, and the customer gets every message in theirs.

Opt-Out Words

Opt-out words such as STOP and START work in English. Customers who want to stop messages should reply STOP.
